We can try to explain what we do & how we do it, but our customers tell our story best...
“I have nothing but positive comments about the service and follow-through that Kahler Automation provided on our Prairie du Chien project. With our past experience working with them on other similar projects, it was an easy decision to go with Kahler.
“Efficiency and ordering automation were two big items that first drew our interest. Our member FS companies use Agvance, so being able to take Agvance orders and transmit them to Kahler, and then back for billing purposes is really exciting for us. There’s no double-entry.
“I explain to Kahler what I’m looking for, how I envision a project being set up, and they put together a flow diagram for us to review. Those diagrams are really beneficial in the startup process; they take complicated concepts and make them easier to understand, which helps all of us at GROWMARK figure out how a project is actually going to work.
“Kahler Automation did a really nice job with on-site training, making sure our manager was comfortable before we were up and running. Plus Kahler has good working relationships with our other contractors, the biggest one being Sackett, and tied everything together — it was a seamless process and really worked well.
“The complete service that Kahler Automation provides — from initial setup all the way through the project’s completion and beyond — is exceptional, and it’s why GROWMARK uses Kahler. They don’t just say a project’s done and walk away; they make sure we’re comfortable with it, and then if we have any concerns I know I can call and get the issue taken care of right away.”

“We went with Kahler Automation because of the design and engineering that goes into their control systems, and their service at startup. The field technician who worked with us at Marysville did a great job making sure things were ready to go. There are always going to be issues to work out in a new facility, but Kahler got them resolved quickly and got us going; that’s important to us.
“We were already familiar with Kahler Automation software because we utilize it at our Kenton facility’s liquid and dry buildings. (For Marysville) we were looking for something that would give us 24/7 ability on the liquid side, being able to load out semis rather quickly, something efficient and fast. Kahler made that happen.
“Our customers really like Kahler Automation’s unstaffed 24/7 system. We have a trucking company that delivers product from Kenton and Marysville to our outlying branches, and they take advantage of the 24/7 ability as well. Tremendous efficiencies have been gained because drivers can come in and load whenever they want.
“Stueve Construction did our dry buildings at Kenton and Marysville, and A&B Welding did the liquid. At Kenton we have a 30,000-ton building with a Yargus tower and two 16-ton vertical blenders, with Kahler’s system controlling that. At Marysville we have a Sackett tower, with Kahler Automation equipment in the grain, dry, and liquid buildings.”

"The Equity has four locations that have Kahler Automation systems in place, with two more to be installed by Spring 2017. Two locations have a weigh tank system and the other four are meter direct inject with all Micro Motion meters. All of these locations use Kahler's Tank Level Monitoring and container-filling systems.
"The main reason for going with Kahler Automation is reliability and functionality. Speed is the best cost saving because Kahler systems deliver accurately and efficiently at high speed. Their support is the best, and the people there go above and beyond to solve your issues.
"We love the integration into our crops software; it saves so much back office work. Our locations that act as hubs use Terminal Management to send load tickets ahead of the load, to keep our inventory accurate and the receiving branch informed. In our unattended buildings, the Kahler system for loading liquid UAN 24/7 has been a great investment."
