Training on Kahler Automation’s Terminal Management 2 and Plant Supervisor 4 software for dry & liquid facilities returns for the Winter 2019 season.
Advanced Training sessions will be offered in January & February at Kahler HQ in Fairmont, Minn. Sign-up is on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a limit of 12 students per session. This restriction on class size allows for one-on-one time with instructors, project coordinators and our sales team, and gives each student the opportunity to operate their own computer during "hands-on" segments.
Before operators and managers from a facility ever attend a training class in person, we recommend our 30-minute introductory video. This video goes over the basics of running Kahler’s TM2 & PS4 software, demonstrating how to enter product, load a truck, etc. On the Introductory Training request form you are asked to list up to three participants and when they intend to watch the video; each student is given log-in credentials to view the video within a restricted time period.
For those who have already run a season with Kahler software we offer Advanced Training, giving operators, managers and bookkeepers a deeper understanding of TM2 and PS4’s capabilities — including reporting, e-mails options, and all advanced settings. (Facilities may send novices directly to this level, but Advanced Training can be a bit overwhelming for first-time users.) This is a day of training from our lead software specialists, broken up by opportunities to visit with other Kahler Automation staff including your project coordinator and sales representative. Complete the Advanced Training request form to get signed up. We request that sites send no more than three representatives to any given training session.
