July's software updates continue our focus on improving speed, reliability, and operational flexibility across the Kahler ecosystem. This month's release introduces enhanced synchronization between Constellation® and Terminal Management (TMX®), expanded purchase order support in LOADPASS®, and several Plant Supervisor (PSX®) improvements that give operators greater control during loadout. From faster integrations and improved system performance to smarter batching and more resilient Self-Serve workflows, these enhancements help your team keep product moving with fewer interruptions.
Transport Synchronization Between Constellation and TMX
Transport synchronization is now available in production. The enhanced synchronization uses the TMX Transport ID to identify existing records before creating new ones, helping reduce duplicates and improve data accuracy between Constellation and TMX.
Custom Names for External Integrations
Users can now assign recognizable names to external integrations, making connections easier to identify, manage, and troubleshoot.
Improved Performance for Large Customer Lists
The Customers page has been optimized to provide faster loading, smoother scrolling, and better responsiveness for organizations managing thousands of customer records.
Improved Agvance Integration
API and performance enhancements improve the speed and reliability of data moving between Agvance and Constellation, including faster blend ticket imports.
Better Visibility into AgVantage Import Issues
When an AgVantage order cannot be imported, Constellation now displays the associated customer, providing additional context for investigating and resolving synchronization issues.

Purchase Order Support for Gate Access
Facilities can now use purchase orders within LOADPASS Gate Access workflows. Purchase orders are validated against the products configured for each bay door or bulk receiving location, helping direct drivers to the appropriate destination.

Target Gross Weight Display
PSX can now display the target gross weight for an active order, giving operators greater visibility into the intended final truck weight during loading.
Manual Weigh Hopper Assignment
Operators can manually select which weigh hopper fills each compartment of an active order. This provides greater flexibility when equipment availability changes or when sites need to optimize how complex loads are built.
Smarter Batching for Accumulation Systems
Large orders are now split into batches only for equipment with capacity constraints. Primary accumulation devices can continue dispensing the full requested quantity, helping improve throughput and operational efficiency.
PSX Deactivation Confirmation
PSX now asks for confirmation before a license is deactivated, helping prevent accidental downtime.

More Reliable Self-Serve Ticket Creation
Self-Serve now continues retrying ticket creation during temporary connection interruptions before unlocking an order. Drivers also receive a processing status screen, providing clearer feedback while the system completes the ticket.
