Q: How has inventory accuracy improved with Kahler?

"We keep a lot better track of our inventory now with the new system. Before, depending on who was loading, sometimes it might load a little extra or a little less during in the batch. Now it's a lot more streamlined because we are loading exactly what the plans call for.”

Q: How does Kahler Automation training and support help your team?

"They help a lot. We had an incident where something wasn't working quite right and the next day some of their guys actually flew in to a local airport and drove here. So it's been really helpful working with Kahler. They're always willing to help us no matter the time or the problem that we have.”

Q: What’s one thing someone considering a facility upgrade should know about your experience working with Kahler Automation?

"Working with Kahler is very good. One thing I think that you ought to take into consideration, anybody who's building a new facility, look at what they've done in the past and their experiences in the past. I think that's a big thing and that's a large reason why we went with Kahler is because they're not the new kids on the block. They've been around for a very long time, so they know exactly what they're doing. That was the main reason we chose Kahler — because their track record is very good.”
