Q: Has Kahler been responsive to the needs of your operation?

"A lot of times when we have new updates you can see that some of the question or concerns that we had (have been) integrated into the new software that’s come out. So they really do listen and try to make their software better for you."

Q: How has inventory management improved with Kahler?

"The nice thing about Kahler (is that) it allows you to input your inventory into the system, and then from there it matches it up to tickets that are in the system, so you can see what’s actually allocated. That way you can know how much inventory to have on-hand, which makes planning a lot easier."

Q: What has it been like working with Kahler versus your facility’s previous automation provider?

"One of the biggest things we noticed when we switched from our previous software was Kahler coming in and training us how to use the software, and also the support team that they have on-hand when we do have questions or problems."
