FAIRMONT, MINN. - Software Support Technician Hollee Klesh has been named Kahler Automation's Bison Award winner for 2023, as chosen by her fellow employees at Kahler and announced during a staff gathering on May 30th, 2024.
The Bison Award is Kahler Automation's annual recognition of an individual who has exhibited great team spirit and the ability to tackle difficult challenges head-on - while sharing the company's dedication to customer service and innovation - over the course of the previous year.
"Hollee is dedicated to our customers and her coworkers, and it shows through her willingness to stay late when needed, assist others if they have questions, or step in for them in their absence. You can feel the energy change when Hollee's in a meeting or just talking with her, and that energy is in the form of positivity and happiness through laughter and smiles, all while getting the job done," said Phone Support Manager Lyle Sathoff.
"She'll tell you customer service is at the forefront of her job and that is where her focus lies and passion for the position comes from. She works hard to deliver a world-class customer experience and it shows through customer feedback and in her work," added Sathoff. "We are proud to have Hollee as a member of our team at Kahler Automation. Thank you for all that you do."
Past Bison Award recipients are Caleb Johnson, Amanda Philipp, Holden Bohm, Thad Leiding, Jordan Honnette, Jesse Hoffmann, and Max Haake.
