Austin has been an ag sales professional for nearly two decades. He grew up in a family farming operation in southeast Nebraska, and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Austin’s leadership experience spans the industry and North America, focusing on delivering technology solutions for agchem, fertilizer, grain, and livestock management.

Tim has been with Kahler Automation since 2009, joining the sales team in 2015; before Kahler, he was involved in risk management for 10 years. "The ag industry offers many challenges which I see as opportunities to help customers achieve goals, maintain competitive advantages, and improve their bottom line,” says Tim, a University of South Dakota grad in Business Administration.

Jake has spent his entire career in agriculture, starting at the operations level and working his way up to running equipment, then into management and sales. “Ag is my passion,” he says. “I love helping provide solutions to help feed the world.” When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, exploring the outdoors, and cheering on Nebraska sports teams.

Gerald has spent his career laser-focused on agriculture, from managing the family agribusiness, working on his farm in southwest Ohio, to developing key relationships across the Midwest. His experience in strategic roles within the industry encompasses seed, fertilizer, chemicals, and equipment. “My goal is to be the trusted advisor who develops solutions for optimized efficiency and safety,” he says. Gerald and his wife live in Winchester, Ohio.

Brett has 20+ years of experience in growing the agronomy industry, including management, sales, and customer service. “I am passionate about agriculture and its future,” he says, “and I strive to provide quality products and services that enhance profitability and sustainability.” Brett is a Western Washington University graduate, and he and his wife live on their farm in the Evergreen State.

Colby brings a strong background in agricultural technology and sales, with experience helping customers identify growth opportunities and implement advanced products and services. Prior to joining Kahler, he held roles at CNH and Raven Industries focused on strategy, innovation, and customer success. “I’m excited to bring my industry knowledge and connections to a company that’s a proven leader in agronomy automation,” Colby says. A Louisiana native, he lives in West Monroe with his wife, Erin, and their three children.

Amanda was born and raised in Fairmont, Minn., and attended South Dakota State University.

Sam has been building his sales career since graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Stout in 2017 with a degree in Business Administration. He joined Kahler Automation in 2023 and enjoys learning the ins and outs of the agriculture industry while supporting customers and the sales team. “I’m excited to be part of a company that’s making a real impact in ag,” Sam says. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children —and squeezing in a round of golf whenever he can.
