April 30, 2026
As operations ramp up, this month’s updates are focused on helping your team stay efficient, accurate, and in control—no matter how complex your setup. Across LOADPASS®, FLEXCOMMAND®, and Constellation®, we’ve introduced enhancements that improve multi-site visibility, strengthen integration performance, and simplify everyday workflows. From clearer site identification and faster interfaces to expanded reporting and improved system reliability, these updates are designed to help your operation move product with confidence during peak demand.
LOADPASS Updates
Improved Site Configuration & Visibility
Customers operating multiple systems at a single location can now more easily identify the correct site in LOADPASS.
- Site names can include both business and location details for clearer selection
- Supports customizable display names to better differentiate sites
- Duplicate site IDs are now supported for advanced configurations, such as multiple TMX instances at a single location (as long as hardware remains separate)
Faster, Easier Configuration
- Save button remains visible when configuring bay directions
- Reduces scrolling and helps prevent missed changes

FLEXCOMMAND Updates
The FLEXCOMMAND panel settings have been updated to only display fields that are relevant to your configuration.- Non-applicable settings such as start/finish parameters, purge times, density options, and anticipation settings are now automatically hidden when using FlexCommand
- Reduces confusion by removing fields that don’t apply to the selected panel type
- Helps operators configure systems faster and with greater confidence
Constellation Updates
Transport History Report
The new Transport History Report gives you clear visibility into what was loaded into each transport and compartment.
- Track exactly what products were loaded and where
- Reduce the risk of product mix-ups or contamination
- Better understand how loads were distributed across compartments
Improved Staged Orders & Receiving
We made updates to better support real-world workflows in LOADPASS and TMX:
- Staged purchase orders can now be deleted more reliably without getting stuck in an unusable state
- Orders with zero received quantity can now be completed (such as rejected loads or no product delivered)
- Additional system logging improves visibility when troubleshooting issues
Improved Notification Management
Updates to notification settings in Constellation make it easier to manage who receives system alerts.
- Select users directly from a list when configuring notifications
- Option to manually enter email addresses for additional recipients
- Edit existing users to enable or disable notifications as needed
- Helps ensure the right people are notified without needing to manage settings outside the system
Integrations & Performance Improvements
Improved Integration Performance
We increased API rate limits to better support integrations like CNHi Raven and Dispatch Pro.
- More consistent data flow during peak usage
- Improved performance when processing large volumes of transactions
We also improved how the system handles high-volume scenarios to:
- Prevent missing data during concurrent processing
- Reduce the risk of duplicate customers
- Maintain data accuracy across systems
AgVantage Integration (VRT Blend Orders)
Constellation now supports VRT blend orders for AgVantage integrations.
- Ensures blended products are correctly identified during processing
- Improves accuracy for VRT workflows
- Note: AgVantage currently supports one blend per order
Agvance Integration Improvements
Updates to the Agvance integration make it easier to manage and troubleshoot orders:
- Expanded search on the Orders page to help you find records faster
- Improved product sync reliability
- More intuitive filtering and navigation when configuring integrations
- Clearer status and error messaging to help resolve issues more quickly
Stability & Reliability Improvements
We continued focusing on system stability during peak season:
- Reduced errors when processing archived or missing records
- Improved recovery from unexpected interruptions
- Fewer conflicts when managing staged orders across systems
- Better handling of edge cases in high-volume environments
Why This Matters
These updates are focused on helping your operation run smoothly during peak season by:
- Reducing confusion at complex, multi-site locations
- Improving integration reliability under heavy load
- Providing better visibility into load and transport activity
- Supporting real-world workflows like blending and receiving edge cases
- Making everyday tasks faster and more intuitive
- Strengthening overall system stability and data accuracy
Looking Ahead
These updates are designed to help your team manage complex site setups, improve performance during high-volume operations, and gain clearer visibility into load and transport activity.
