Updated on March 18, 2026
February’s updates focus on helping your facility operate more efficiently—from high-capacity tower systems to everyday loadout workflows. This month, we’ve strengthened automation sequencing, improved driver interactions, and enhanced data accuracy across key systems.
FLEXCOMMAND
Facility Throughput & Automation
Support for FLEXCOMMAND 2866 Tower Systems
We completed foundational work to support the new FLEXCOMMAND 2866 automated tower configuration—designed for high-capacity dry fertilizer operations.
This system integrates reclaim, blending, weighing, mixing, and load-out into one coordinated automation flow.
What this means for your operation:
- More reliable automation across the full tower process
- Reduced risk of product overlap or cross-contamination
- Stronger sequencing protections to prevent equipment conflicts
- Smoother startup and commissioning for new tower installations
For facility managers, this translates to more consistent throughput, fewer interruptions, and greater confidence in automated blending operations.
LOADPASS
Loadout & Driver Experience
More Efficient Use of Receiving & Loadout Bays
We continued improving integration between LOADPASS mobile workflows and terminal receiving operations. Upcoming shared bay support will allow a single bay to handle both loadout and receiving.
Why it matters:
- Maximize existing infrastructure
- Reduce congestion at busy sites
- Improve overall truck flow
Driver Experience Improvements
Several updates were introduced to make driver interactions faster, clearer, and more reliable:
Compartment Unit Toggle
Drivers can now switch between mass and volume units during check-in, reducing confusion and helping prevent loading errors.
Improved Destination Entry
Standardized location selection improves ERP tax accuracy and reduces the need for manual corrections.
Scanner & Barcode Fixes
Resolved issues affecting barcode visibility and scanner configuration, improving check-in consistency and reducing delays.
Terminal managEment (TMX)
Data Accuracy & Operational Visibility
Improved Driver & Carrier Matching (TMX)
Updated matching logic reduces duplicate driver, carrier, and transport records.
Impact:
- Cleaner, more reliable data
- Improved reporting accuracy
- Fewer disruptions during order staging
Clearer Error Messaging
Operators now receive more actionable feedback when staged orders fail.
Instead of simply seeing a failure, teams can quickly identify what went wrong and how to fix it—reducing troubleshooting time and support calls.
Enhanced Visibility in Constellation & TLM
Collapsible Navigation (Constellation)
Users can now collapse the side navigation to create more workspace when managing large datasets.
Last Check-In Timestamp (TLM Dashboard)
Added visibility into the last check-in date/time, helping teams quickly identify potential communication or equipment issues.
Integrations & System Performance
Agvance Integration Improvements
- Filters now display only Kahler-relevant orders
- Orders page defaults to the last 30 days for improved performance
Ever.Ag Integration Updates
- Updated to new API endpoints
- Improved alignment with modern integration standards
Why this matters:
These updates reduce unnecessary data noise, improve system performance, and ensure long-term reliability as partner systems evolve.
Looking Ahead
These updates are designed to help your team move product more efficiently, reduce manual work, and operate with greater confidence across your facility.
