June Software Updates: More Visibility, Smarter Workflows, and Greater Flexibility
Trisha Rentschler
June 26, 2026
Each month, we're committed to delivering software enhancements that make your operation more efficient, more connected, and easier to manage. June's updates focus on improving visibility throughout the loading process, streamlining everyday workflows, and expanding integration capabilities across the Kahler Automation ecosystem. From enhanced driver check-in and order tracking to a new Constellation integration and greater operational flexibility in PSX, these improvements are designed to help your team work with greater confidence and efficiency.
LOADPASS®
NEW FEATURES
Driver name now visible on the Staged Orders page
The driver's name now appears in the connector and on the Staged Orders page, allowing loaders to quickly confirm they're working the correct order—eliminating the need to cross-reference information.
Check in drivers using release numbers from third-party vendors
Drivers who arrive with only a release number from an outside vendor can now be checked in directly. The release number carries through the full connector flow, so you no longer need the internal order number to get them moving.
Tare weight now visible in Loader View in LOADPASS Admin
Loaders can now see tare weight directly in the Loader View, making it possible to calculate net weight on the spot without switching to another screen.
Destinations are easier to scroll and select
The destinations dropdown on the TSA has been rebuilt from the ground up. It's now easier to scroll, select, and navigate whether you're using a keyboard or a touchscreen, reducing errors at the scale and keeping load queues moving.
Bug Fixes
Navigation links now accessible on smaller screens
An issue where the Kahler Automation logo overlapped the bottom navigation links on smaller screens has been resolved, restoring full navigation access.

FLEXCOMMAND®
NEW FEATURES
Order ID is tracked through the entire load
FLEXCOMMAND now keeps the Order ID active for the full life of an order. If a connection drops or a crash occurs mid-load, dispensed quantities can still be matched back to the correct order, reducing the risk of data loss during unexpected interruptions.
Constellation®
NEW FEATURES
FieldAlytics integration now available in Constellation
The FieldAlytics integration is now live directly within Constellation. As part of our ongoing effort to bring all integrations into one place, you no longer need to navigate a separate tool to manage your FieldAlytics connection. Orders, site mapping, product mapping, and settings are all accessible from within Constellation alongside the rest of your workflow.
Site creation is now managed by our Implementation and Support teams
Creating new sites in Constellation is now handled by Kahler Automation's Implementation Specialists and Support team. If you need a new site set up, reach out to your Implementation Specialist or contact Support to get started. This change allows us to ensure sites are configured correctly from the start, with the right names, IDs, and settings in place before you begin using them.
Customer list can be filtered by name or number via API
The customer list endpoint now accepts name and number filters, making it faster to locate specific accounts when building integrations or pulling reports.
Bug Fixes
Navigation links now accessible on smaller screens
The same logo-overlap navigation issue affecting LOADPASS has also been resolved in Constellation.
Site names no longer silently truncated
A mismatch between database field lengths meant that longer site names could appear to save correctly but would be stored in a truncated form. Field lengths are now consistent, so what you save is what you get.
Faster landing page performance
The primary landing page image has been optimized, resulting in noticeably faster page load times.

PSX®
NEW FEATURE
Switch weigh hoppers mid-load without restarting
If equipment availability changes while a load is on hold, you can now move a product to a different weigh hopper without canceling and starting over. This saves significant time when your situation changes partway through an order.
Looking Ahead
Our development teams continue to build on the foundation of a more connected automation platform. As we look ahead, we're focused on expanding integrations, simplifying daily workflows, improving system performance, and delivering greater visibility across your entire operation. Thank you for your continued feedback—it plays a critical role in shaping every release and helping us build software that solves real-world operational challenges.
