October Software Updates: Smoother workflows, better connectivity, and more reliable operations

October’s software updates focus on making everyday operations more efficient, improving system connectivity, and creating a more consistent experience across the Kahler ecosystem. This month’s release brings new troubleshooting and dispensing safeguards in Plant Supervisor (PSX®), and improved navigation and ticket printing in LOADPASS®. Additional enhancements strengthen integrations with AgVantage, FieldAlytics, and Agvance while improving reporting and navigation in Terminal Management (TMX®) and Constellation®.

Plant Supervisor PSX

Easier Printer Troubleshooting

A new Print Test Page option allows operators to verify printer connectivity and functionality without generating a dispensing ticket. This simplifies troubleshooting and reduces unnecessary printing.

Additional Dispensing Safeguards

New PSX installations now enable a warning when the configured anticipation quantity exceeds the requested dispense quantity. This helps operators identify potential configuration issues before they affect dispensing accuracy. Existing installations retain their current settings.

More Consistent Navigation

Updates to the top navigation provide a more consistent experience throughout LOADPASS, making it easier to move between application features.

Improved Staged Order Ticket Printing

Enhancements to staged order ticket printing improve compatibility with PSX, supporting more consistent ticket generation during loadout operations.

Terminal Management TMX

More Reliable Scheduled Report Management

Resolved an issue that could cause TMX to become unresponsive when deleting an owner associated with multiple scheduled email reports. This allows administrators to manage owner records and associated reports without interruption.

Cleaner Report Navigation

Removed duplicate profile and help icons from the Panel Bulk Products Report for a cleaner, more consistent user experience.

Smoother Navigation Between Businesses

Constellation now handles integrations that are not configured for a selected business without displaying unexpected errors. This provides a smoother experience for users managing operations across multiple businesses.

Integrations

AgVantage – Delivery Notes Where You Need Them

Application Comments from AgVantage now appear as Ticket Notes, while General Comments are stored as Internal Notes. This ensures delivery instructions are included on printed tickets while internal information remains accessible to operators without appearing on customer documents.

FieldAlytics – Preventing Duplicate Mappings

New safeguards prevent duplicate product and site mappings within the FieldAlytics integration. This reduces configuration errors and helps maintain accurate connections between orders, products, and locations.

Agvance – More Reliable Deleted Order Processing

Improvements to the Agvance integration allow eligible deleted Constellation orders to be marked as exported without generating unnecessary errors, supporting more consistent integration processing.
