September Software Updates: Better Loadout Visibility and Easier Administration
Trisha Rentschler
Published
September's software updates focus on giving your team clearer loadout information and fewer interruptions on the plant floor. LOADPASS® adds a staged order details page and a tablet-friendly sidebar, while FLEXCOMMAND® receives fixes that make communication failures easier to spot and recover from. Constellation® continues to improve site management and order completion accuracy, and Terminal Management TMX® adds new administrative tools and more detailed customer reports. Together, these changes help your team see what is happening during a load and keep product moving.
LOADPASS
Staged Order Details
Office and loader users can now open a staged order to review its customer, products, requested and remaining quantities, and compartment details. This makes it easier to understand how a load is organized without piecing the information together from the staged order list.
Updated Sidebar Navigation
LOADPASS now features an updated sidebar that can collapse and is designed for tablet use. The sidebar automatically collapses when a user enters the loader view on the Staged Orders page, giving the loader more room for the work at hand while navigation remains available.

Constellation
Improved Order Completion for Mixed-Unit Blends
Constellation can now use the average density sent by TMX to calculate order completion more accurately for blends that contain different units of measure. If a unit conversion fails, Constellation displays a warning instead of failing silently.
Combined Create and Edit Dialog for Records and Site Assignments
A new combined dialog lets users manage record details and site assignments in one place.
Site Filter Controls on Entity Tables
Entity tables now include site filter controls, making it easier to narrow lists to the sites you are working with. This update prepares the interface for future site-based capabilities.
Smoother Sign-In Recovery
When a sign-in session can no longer be used, Constellation now returns users to the sign-in page rather than leaving them on a blank screen, so they can sign back in without clearing browser storage.
Search Works as Expected on Products and Orders
Pressing Enter after typing in a search field now submits the search instead of refreshing the page and resetting the view.

TMX
Customer Record Cleanup in System Maintenance
The Soft Delete Unused Records tool is now available in TMX System Maintenance for users with the required administrator permission. Customers cleaning up obsolete records during onboarding, consolidation, or restructuring can complete the work directly in TMX.
Clearer Product Ownership in the Product Wizard
When a product or bulk product is owned by another application, the Product Wizard now displays a yellow banner along with the applicable restrictions, so users can see why an edit may be limited.
More Detail in Emailed Customer Activity Reports
Scheduled Customer Activity Report emails can now include acres and release number, giving recipients the same operational context found in the report itself.
Export Status Updates Across an Order's Tickets
When changing a ticket's export status for applicable AgVance Legacy and AgVance XML interfaces, TMX now offers to update the other tickets associated with the same order. Because these integrations may report order totals based on ticket export status, this helps prevent an incomplete amount from being sent.
Corrected Date Handling for Reports
TMX's web configuration now sets both Culture and UICulture to English (United States). This resolves an issue where dates could appear in day/month/year order and the Customer Activity Report rejected valid date ranges as "out of range."
Correct Order Paths in the Tickets API
The Tickets API previously always returned an orders/{orderId} path, even when the related order belonged under completedorders or archivedorders. A new version of the endpoint returns the appropriate path, helping integrations locate the correct order. The existing version is unchanged.
Copy Settings Tools Now Respect User Status
The Copy Settings tools now properly filter out deleted and disabled users.

FLEXCOMMAND
Improved Recovery from Communication Failures
If communication with a FLEXCOMMAND controller is interrupted during a load, the failure is now indicated on the Controllers icon and in the Controllers window, and is recorded in troubleshooting logs when enabled. Dispensing updates resume once the network connection returns, so operators can identify a lost connection and continue once it is restored.
Corrected Requested Quantities on Tickets
When FLEXCOMMAND combines product for multiple compartments into one dispense, tickets now show the quantity requested for each compartment rather than the combined total under the first compartment.
More Accurate Skip Behavior After a Controller Error
On FLEXCOMMAND 2851 systems, selecting Skip in PSX after a controller error now corresponds to the entry affected by the error, so operators no longer see an unrelated discharge warning or complete an order segment without discharging it.

Plant Supervisor PSX®
Pending Receiving PO Creation
Fixed an error that could occur in the Staging Terminal Order List when entering a Gross Weight for a new pending receiving PO, so users can continue creating the PO without interruption.

Self-Serve 2
Tare Weight Display for Staged Orders Without a Transport
When a staged order has a tare weight and date but no assigned transport, the Self-Serve Compartment screen now displays the recorded tare instead of 0 lb.
