Caleb Johnson Named Bison Award Winner

FAIRMONT, MINN. — Training & Development Manager Caleb Johnson has been named Kahler Automation’s Bison Award winner for 2022, as chosen by his fellow employees at Kahler and announced during a staff gathering on June 16th, 2023.
The Bison Award is Kahler Automation’s annual recognition of an individual who has exhibited great team spirit and the ability to tackle difficult challenges head-on — while sharing the company’s dedication to customer service and innovation — over the course of the previous year.
“Your commitment to customers directly impacts the company in a positive way, and I want you to know we value the amount of effort that you put into your work each and every day,” said Field Technician Manager David Tupper at the announcement. “Thank you for leading by example in everything you do.”
A certificate given to Johnson included the following inscription:
Caleb continuously demonstrates a true Passion for Service and Curious Attitude at Kahler Automation. Through this strong commitment to excellence, he exhibits exceptional discipline and impressive dedication to the organization.
“I just want to say it wouldn’t be possible to do my job without a lot of others here doing theirs,” said Johnson in response to the recognition. “There are a lot of people I work with throughout the year that make everything work smoothly.”
