Productivity Partners: Aurora Cooperative

Aurora Cooperative constructed a new facility to meet their customer needs, the loadout system utilizing a mass flow meter on a stand for efficient bottom filling. Six macro products converge into a manifold and are pumped into the mass flow carrier line, with the capability to add micro products using a low-flow valve. The entire process is seamlessly coordinated by the Plant Supervisor PSX software, enabling trucks to be efficiently filled in just 12 minutes.
