Thad Leiding Named Bison Award Winner

FAIRMONT, MINN. — Project Coordinator Thad Leiding has been named Kahler Automation’s Bison Award winner for 2019, as chosen by his fellow employees at Kahler and announced during an online, all-staff meeting on June 4th, 2020.
The Bison Award is Kahler Automation’s annual recognition of an individual who has exhibited great team spirit and the ability to tackle difficult challenges head-on — while sharing the company’s dedication to customer service and innovation — over the course of the previous year.
“I am honored to win the award,” said Leiding, “but it takes everyone working together to make it work.”
A certificate given to Leiding included the following inscription:
Thad is always willing to step up and help out a fellow co-worker or customer even if he has to go beyond his normal duties. He maintains a positive can-do attitude even when things don’t go as planned. It’s an honor to be selected by your teammates for this award, and it speaks to how well Thad and his efforts are perceived here. His commitment to Kahler Automation does not go unnoticed.
