Gerald Reeves has spent his career laser-focused on agriculture, from managing the family agribusiness, working on his farm in southwest Ohio, to developing key relationships across the Midwest. His experience in strategic roles within the industry encompasses seed, fertilizer, chemicals, and equipment. “My goal is to be the trusted advisor who develops solutions for optimized efficiency and safety,” he says. Gerald and his wife live in Winchester, Ohio.

In her role as Software Product Manager, Trisha Rentschler’s focus is on overseeing Kahler Automation’s array of powerful software systems, including product planning and lifecycle management, and collaborating with the development team as the voice of our end-users. She brings to Kahler key experience in software solutions and integrations within the ag industry. “I am passionate about delivering software that exceeds customers’ expectations,” she says. Trisha enjoys gardening, kayaking, and walking her miniature dachshund, Rupert.
